Hi, I’m Francesca and I’m so glad you’re here.

I'm a full time yoga teacher based in Devon, whose teaching philosophy emphasises finding freedom, space and joy in your own unique body and mind.

I’m 400 hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) having initially qualified in Vinyasa Yoga, and then ventured into Rocket and Yin yoga. Allowing me to offer a full spectrum practice. 

Beyond qualifications, I've pondered long and hard on what to actually say about myself, and I must admit, I’ve really struggled. So, instead, I turned to my dearest friends, and here's what they had to say about me…
